Is the problem drought from lack of rain or is it that the river is not filling because of deforestation and too much water, diversion and groundwater diversion due to human activities? Not to say that the drought isn’t also from carbon pollution.
Thank you Eduardo, So many do not realize that what is happening in other places like Chihuahua when the water table drops after deforestation means we are all at risk for a scarcity of vital water. In New Mexico we have seen our rivers slow their flow for years now. Big pondarosa pines are dying after our 22 year drought.

What will this mean for the lower Rio Grande (Bravo) since the Rio Conchos is the main contributor of water? Prayers for all those who are being so severely impacted.
