One reason you might be having problems with people resubscribing is that they are having problems with your website. I tried 4 times yesterday to resubscribe, carefully filling in all the required information and saving it. But then all the information immediately disappeared when I hit save. Not sure what's going on there but I never got a confirmation that I successfully resubscribed. Others may have had the same experience.
